Quintessentially Events is a leading producer of seamless bespoke events around the world working across corporate to private sectors, and are notably specialist in the luxury sector. The Quintessentially Events is looking for an impressive, dynamic and qualified producer to become an integral part of its event team in Dubai.

Main Responsibilities:

- Reporting into the Regional Head of Events as the case may be.
- Managing, planning and executing a range of premium and ultra premium events to an excellent standard for leading brands and HNW private clients.
- Leading client service for existing and prospective clients as well as receiving and initiating complex briefs and identifying greater partnership opportunities.
- Managing preparation of strategic and creative pitches.
- Formulating first draft budgets and presenting it to the clients.
- Executing a wide range of cross-sector events and activations from target influencer marketing experience to large scale multi-channel brand events.
- Aiding in building new business relationships as well as enhancing global network and capability.
- Working in a 360-degree role alongside strategic planning, creative, digital, venues, design and production, logistics, and activation teams.
- Troubleshooting, as it may be required, at a strategic and operational level as well as supporting and mentoring other members of the team.

Hours of Work:

- The contractual hours of work are between 9:30 am to 6:30 pm between Sunday to Thursday.
- Additional or different hours could be necessary to fulfill the role.

Skills and Experience:

- Deep understanding and interpreting of business objectives into event-based solutions.
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge of international audience engagement.
- A strong commercial acumen and a proven experience in winning new business and driving organized growth with existing clients.
- A passion to innovate and conceptualize events and activations campaigns.
- A trusted talent that is well-connected and regarded within the industry as well as a supplier network within Dubai.
- Real experience in a similar role within Dubai.
- Excellent written & oral communication and fluency in English are required while fluency in local dialects is extremely advantageous.
- A minimum of 8+ years’ exposure to creative, experiential or communications agencies working delivering exceptional campaigns, live activations, events and integrated strategies.
