About the Job:

Main Responsibilities:

- Demonstrating exceptional interpersonal relationship management while recruiting people into the company.
- Recruiting skilled and top notch individuals in the interest of the company.
- Using the exception negotiation skills in negotiating terms and conditions of the contract of a recruited person.
- Achieving exceptionally well by giving out excellent works with a positive attitude to succeed.

Skills & experience:

- At least three years previous recruitment experience is required.
- Passion and driven recruiter who enjoys working in a challenging area are required.
- Preference will be given to individuals who have industry knowledge in the construction or engineering industry.
- Ability to manage a multitude of roles in multiple countries of different time zones as the case simultaneously may be.
- Fluency in English language is required, and fluency in the additional language is a plus.

Education:

- A university degree is preferred.
