Our company seeks an individual who will serve as our Regional Director of Sales and will be responsible for driving all the top line result among mid-scale brands within a selected region through the implementation and the development of clear market sales initiatives. The right person will be in support of all our marketing strategies all over the WHG’s brands. The right individual will work with the Regional Director Franchise Operations, the Global team members and the Franchise Team to identify opportunities within a particular Multi-Brand region where you serve as a support for the purpose of increasing the Hotel Sales.Your works there may include the provision of the right assistance for the purpose of developing a process which may identify, hire and train different onsite sales personnel. Apart from that, you will be saddled with the function of assisting the existing hotel sales associates in the region to manage the different third-party property. You must be able to develop a strategic roadmap for utilization by the Franchisees in their establishment of regular touchpoints which are meant for improving revenue and market shares. You will be required to travel for about seventy percentage of your time in the company.
-Making sure that all efforts are geared towards increasing the sales efforts in the Multi-Brand region.
-Calling or visiting properties with the aim of helping the Sales Team Development and other parties to assist in the leverage of support and assistance for the properties assigned while riding with the Director of Franchise Operations.
-Educating and training all the DFOS within your assigned region with the aim of ensuring the success of the company.
-Meeting different owners and DFO team members to educate and train them how to sell by attending different but necessary DFO meetings in the region.
-Ensuring that the employees have a good understanding of how you sell while you help the hostels and DFO understand the value of engaging in GSO while selling the property at a local or property level.
-Ensuring the development of a necessary approach to monitor the region for the continuous identification of all property-level opportunities.
-Managing the success of existing efforts while working effectively with Franchise Operations to identify and plan sales improvement opportunities.
-Serving as assistance for the development and implement of revenue management, regional marketing initiatives, and global sales by working effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
-A university degree plus a minimum of eight years’ experience in the hotel sales is highly required.
-Experience about the property at mid-scale property or management company is highly preferred.
-Ability to manage time, organize works and project as well as make good judgments and decisions independently.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Suites with experience in using Sales and Revenue Management Tools.
