We seek intelligent and highly experienced person for the position of the Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for the development of the business as well as the account management activities for the purpose of promoting Tridium’s Niagara products in the market. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for business development across the complete market chain which includes End Users, System Integrators, Consultants, and Contractors while selling directly to Original Equipment Manufacturers and Resellers. The qualified candidate will also take direct ownership and responsibility of key customer relationship in the Region which will include that of the new and existing customer to ensure that they become long-term users of the products.

Main responsibilities:

- Making the already identified potential new customers make them either direct or indirect customer.
- Taking ownership and responsibility of all customer in the region.
- Creating strong internal and external relationships with key customer staffs at all level.
- Maintaining day-to-day management of business through all the direct and indirect business channels.
- Contributing to Tridum’s strategy as well as its implementation via market research and business development.
- Preparing and maintaining the business development plans for a newly identified account on a daily basis.
- Coordinating Tridum EMEA and globally with other Sales Managers to ensure business development.

Qualifications:

- Experience in building management and building automation systems.
- Proven track record in sales within industrial software environment as well as the ability to understand the customers’ needs in a creative manner.
- Ability to demonstrate a high drive while being focused on creating results.
- Being Literate with the use of PC as well as having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak both verbal and written Swedish and English language.
