We seek the service of an individual who can manage the daily operations of our outlet as well as ensure the presentation of food and cleanliness which are up to guest satisfaction and hotel standard.
- Managing daily operations of the outlet.
- Ensuring that the services, cleanliness, and food presentation are in line with the guest satisfaction and hotel standard.
- Liaising closely with the kitchen team on food quality or presentation.
- Liaising with internal and external parties on new menus and promotions.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with guests.
- Handling and following through guests’ comments and complaints.
- Being cost conscious and maintaining the profitability of the outlet.
- Being responsible for all aspects of Fire, Life, Health, Safety & Security situations about F&B operations as well as HACCP
Skill and Qualification:
- At least three years' experience in fine dining restaurant at similar capacity while Michelin-starred restaurant experience is preferred.
- Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Being service oriented, creative, energetic and well groomed.
- Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
