About the job:

Your work as a Retail Business Analyst entails the analysis of functions and the determination of all modification requests and specifications for the development of such Dynamic AX module. You must have excellent experience and knowledge about Dynamics AX module Retail as well as T&L.

Main responsibilities:

- Serve as the Lead Retail Business Analyst in any job or project you assigned to.
- Present our products to show how it fits in our customer'sorganization.
- Serve as an Advisorto the client organization on the uses of our Dynamics AX retails on their Retail processes and Controls.
- Ensure the minimization of gaps which may exist with yourcreative configuration.
- Work on different documents which will aid the business process discovery.
- Provide the necessary specification required for the customizationnecessary to implement the Dynamics AX Retail.
- Work on the user manuals as well as provide the necessary support required by the end-users.
- Execute our store roll-outs.

Qualifications & Experience:

- A university degree in Information Technology and Business.
- At least three years working experience with Dynamics AX retail with an excellent experience in hands-on its configuration.
- Excellent understanding of the communication and interpretation of Retail Processes and requirements.
- Knowledge of other modules like AP, AR, MPP and other HR modules is a plus.
- A good experience with Dynamics AX 2012 is a plus.
- Ability to communicate well verbally or in writing is essential.
- A good experience in the establishment of priorities as well and theability to work independently.
- Ability to document all our business processes.
- Possession of a US visa is preferred

Shift:

The work is generally from 9am to 6pm.
