Responsibilities:

- Ensure clarify and analyze business requirement relating BUs, require department of IT and vendor for development of functionalities on LOS and process.
- Motivate all team members and evaluate their working abilities
- Join high-technology projects by taking counsel of resources
- According to standard of auto approval process create MIS report for upper level
- Responsible for approval quality control

Qualifications:

- At least bachelor degree in Banking, Business Management or Commerce.
- Bilingual in English, fluent in Vietnamese is a plus
- Expert in data analysis, project management, and business analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
- Proven working experiences in Policy Implementation and any Loan Origination System
- Solid skills in negotiation and problem solving.
