About the job:

We seek a Sales Assistant who will be responsible for supporting sales staff in customer service as well as other functions assigned by the company in the interest of the company.

Main responsibilities:

- Supporting sales staff in customer service as well as ensuring the preparation of standardized sales offers.
- Creating and maintaining projects and contracts in SAP as well as supporting in the preparation and reply to tenders in the company’s interest.
- Booking business trips and ensuring the company’s travel management.
- Preparing presentations and document as well as communicating with customers and national or international in-house departments.

Your Skills:

- One to two years working experience in a technical or international sales department is an advantage.
- Interest in working in an international environment that is highly dynamic.
- Flexible personality coupled with good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Accurate customer orientation and ability to build a long term team.
- Excellent communication coupled with the ability to work within a team.
- Computer literacy especially with MS Office and other ideal SAP-skills.
- Working experiences gained from abroad is advantageous.
- Fluency in Japanese and English while the ability to speak German is a plus.
