We seek a Sales Associate who will develop, drive, and grow Ninja Van’s presence all over the Philippines by ensuring the growth of our business through coordinated and focused sales efforts with the local sales team as well as managing our existing clients to ensure they enjoy the best in class client experience.

Main Responsibilities:

- Designing, executing and supporting sales strategies for Ninja Van’s Growth in the Philippines.
- Involving in the mapping of prospective clients in e-commerce as well as other sectors which require NV’s logistics services.
- Preparing sales material and presentations to help with new clients acquisition.
- Onboarding and ensuring the successful conversion of prospects
- Reporting sales metrics for internal purposes
- Managing key corporate accounts as well as managing and monitoring day-to-day relationships and communications with key clientele.
- Working in tandem with our partners to find and implement innovative solutions for them
- Working closely with management to assist in market assessment efforts and provide on-the-ground insights

Requirements:

- A good university education with preferably one year of related experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Ability to self-start with good initiatives and persistence to see through challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and a good comfort level using enterprise software.
