Paradise Vietnam was established in 2007 and has achieved a lot and won several awards. It has become is now arenowned hospitality organization in Vietnam. It launched its first boat in 2008 and becameone of the top Halong Bay Cruises hospitality organizations.

Paradise Cruise has the largest boutique hotels and vessels in Halong Bay while Viet Deli is an organization of several S-line country upscale restaurant.

The responsibility of an Online Travel Consultant is to ensure that all our products are effectively sold while complex itinerariesare prepared. Make sure that you actively solicit and advise the clients as regards to their mode of travels, best value or location to ensure the maximum satisfaction of each client.

Responsibilities:
- Manage a customer’s portfolio.
- Establish a communication channel between you and our clients without any intermediaries.
- Explain to the clients the tour programs in order to satisfy the clients while making sure that all the necessary procedures are followed.
- Develop and send quotations as may be required by the company.
- Collaborate with the Accounting and Operation Departments to ensure the success of each tour program.
- Relate to all the customers both internally and externally in a customer friendly way making sure that they are satisfied.
- Provide the required support needed to complete all the activities that would satisfy the clients effectively.
- Tender Sales and Revenues reports as may be required by the necessary quarters (most especially the manager).
- Perform other duties that are assigned by the manager.
- Other duties will be discussed in the course of the interview.

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- A minimum of one-year experience in cruise sales.
- Inbound package knowledge is an added advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work with a group of people and sophisticated network making sure that peopleare managed.
- Must be able to self-motivate yourself to perform effectively.
- Intellectual sales and negotiation skills.
