We seek a Sales Director who will be responsible for the management of all our sales channels which will include our retail network, partner channels and wholesale markets of Central and Eastern Europe.

Main Responsibilities:

- Achieving defined objectives as well as managing sales department activities.
- Ensuring the profitability of all sales channels through the efficient cooperation with Sales department.
- Ensuring the building of a brand and commercial strategy realization across both Central and Eastern Europe.
- Serving as key partners relations management on the global and local level.
- Responsible for P&L within subsidiaries as well as participating in the creation of commercial strategy.
- Ensuring sales effectiveness as well as day to day cooperation with relevant departments across the Central and Eastern Europe Markets.

Requirements:

- Several years of experience in sales management in retail in a variety of sales channels.
- Proven ability to effectively manage a dispersed structure
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- High leadership competencies as well as advanced analytical and planning skills.
- Proficiency in English with the mature business approach and strategic thinking skills.
