Main responsibilities:

- Eagerness to meet and exceed the sales targets whilst delighting the customers with impeccable services
- Being extremely patient and a good listener, and naturally want to understand the customer’s needs with a mind-set that their success is your success

- Achieving a sales quota monthly, quarterly, and annually

- Generating leads by cold-calling and/or any other prospective technique
- Determining the qualified leads by raising the requirements of the prospects, and understanding the decision-making processes and criteria of the prospects
- Developing relationships with the decision-influencing senior executives within prospective organisations
- Profiling accounts and overcoming objections to generate opportunities of quality

Requirements:

- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology (IT), or any related field
- A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the USA Market preferably Real Estate or Saas, and knowledge of sales
- An entrepreneurial mind-set and must be a self-starter
- A sales professional with strong solutions and a record of reaching the annual quota target
- Understanding the nuances and dynamics involved in selling software licences is a plus
- A strong oral and written communication skills
- The candidate must reside in UAE and must possess a valid UAE driving licence
