Finol Oils Ltd needs a detail-oriented and intelligent individual to join a busy and dynamic office environment where attention to detail and the needs of the customer is of topmost as a Sales Support Administrator for our office in Crumlin, Dublin 12. The successful candidate will work with others in a team which will be a key link between sales, office and Warehouse teams.
- Answering enquiries from customers, sales representatives, warehouse and potential clients
- Providing assistance and support to the sales team and warehouse where required.
- Providing excellent customer service for the purpose of retaining the customers by meeting their needs.
- Checking & processing quotes, orders, dockets, invoices, credit notes, statements, etc.
- Maintaining customer records and ensuring Trade Counter Sales
- Performing other Ad hoc Office duties as required
- Excellent Telephone manner
- Fluency in both oral and written English
- Outstanding attention to detail
- 4+ Years’ experience in a customer facing role
- Friendly and approachable demeanour
- Ability to engage and converse successfully with customers
- Punctuality is of the essence to work in this role as well as the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to learn, take in and recall technical information due to the technicality of our products.
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office and MS Excel in particular.
Hours of work:
- 9 am – 5:30 pm on Monday to Thursday.
- 9 am – 5 pm on Friday.
