Description
We seek an experienced Senior Account Manager to execute, initiate, and coordinate the goals and plans of the sales of the company.
Main requirements:
- Executing business plans and sales strategies that ensure that the goals of sales, gross margin, and profitability are met and in line with the SPS five-year strategic plan (STRAP)
- Initiating and coordinating the development of action plans to ensure the business grows continuously through the existing key Enterprise Accounts or Markets, and developing new Enterprise Accounts and Vertical Markets
- Developing strategic plans for the regional accounts, and establishing win-win situations for both the SPS and its customers by addressing needs of all levels
- Achieving a monthly or quarterly and annually sales target as set in the individual Annual Sales Plan and targets of the LOB
- Understanding the direction of strategies of assigned enterprise accounts, and developing a sales strategy for the SPS to meet the long-term needs of the account
- Developing a high-level relationship within the enterprise accounts to ensure that SPS gets the opportunities to win the largest deals
- Orchestrating the other resources of SPS to meet the needs of the customers and maximise the effectiveness of sales
- Coordinating the process of sales among partners, the direct and global sales organisations of SPS, and the prospects of the end-user
- Establishing SPS as a preferred vendor
- Achieving the objectives of the enterprise revenue for assigned accounts of the enterprise
- Establishing master contracts with the accounts of the enterprise to ensure long-term relationships and the preferred status
- Building relationships with the existing partners of SPS, and developing new opportunities partner
- Achieving the set objectives by engaging the targeted strategic partners, identifying solutions to SPS, selling and closing complex partnerships, and negotiating contracts
- Providing management reports on sales efforts and revenue forecasts on time
- Developing and winning regional accounts by negotiating and establishing regional contracts
Requirements:
- Ability to meet and exceed expectations of performance
- A sound knowledge of IT, AIDC, and RFID technology is a plus
- Strong skills in management and organisation
- Good communication skills, with the ability to maintain relationships with all the levels in an account
- Ability and maturity to interact with senior levels internally and externally
- A sound understanding of how to motivate customers commercially and technologically to sell SPS products
- An approachable individual with good interpersonal skills in attending to the needs of customers
- An outgoing and gregarious individual, which can work effectively alone and as a part of a team whenever required
- Ability to identify and understand the overall dynamics of the market and the competitive landscape
- Ability to focus majorly on Direct Enterprise Sales, and work with the key channel partners to deliver positive results
- Ability to work without supervision to deliver the metrics of the key financial targets
- Developing Identified Key Accounts, which will be reviewed every 6 months
- Willingness to go on regular travels
