About the job:

We seek a variety of senior architects to work on domestic and international work as well as executing projects from concept design by documenting the construction with minimal or no supervision. The projects of this job vary in scales and sizes ranging from tenant fit-out to stand alone buildings. The candidate must be an expert in at least one of the fields listed below or must have a good foundation the general practice of multiple project types:

- Higher education
- Retail or Tenant Fit-out
- Commercial or Tenant Fit-out
- Hospitality
- Healthcare
- High-rise
- Any other not mentioned above

Main Responsibilities:

The qualified candidates of this job would be responsible for:
- Developing Concepts, schematics, and design, and documenting or specifying constructions
- Designing, detailing or documenting capabilities
- Managing or mentoring project teams
- Coordinating and managing consultants and other disciplines
- Scoping potential projects or proposals, managing deliverables and schedules, and managing fees or profitability

Requirements:

The following are mandatory for the candidate to have for him to be appointed.
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in architecture or architecture interiors
- A Bachelor’s Degree in architecture, interior design, or any related field
- A strong knowledge of IBC, ADA and life safety requirements and ability to navigate through the local city or municipality requirements
- Ability to work with a team well and have good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and efficiently meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills in both oral and written

- Desirable skills:

- The candidate should be able to use one or more of the following: Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Sketch up, Rhino, Grasshopper, Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- An Architecture licensure is a plus
- A LEED certification is an advantage
- The candidate should have Business Development skills or involvement with Networking
