We seek an experienced Senior Art Director to work with an interdisciplinary team to develop significant visual concepts and designs for web-based applications such as websites, digital products, and services, online magazines, microsites, etc. and for digital communication campaigns and cross-media user experiences.

Main responsibilities:

- Developing exceptional visual concepts and designs
- Preparing and conducting the workshops, and the presentation of the customers
- Collaborating closely with the clients of the industry, focusing on automotive
- Technically supervising a design team with its respective career opportunities
- Leading, instructing, and promoting the team designing the project
- Working together with strategists, concepts, and fronted specialists in an interdisciplinary manner
- Contributing to the professional development of the design department in collaboration with the line managers of the creative department

Requirements:

- A Degree in communication, interface design, or any related field
- Years of relevant working experience
- A distinctive portfolio, a high visual and typographic sense of style, with solid ideas and evergreen design trends
- A strong orientation for customer and user
- Ability to communicate excellently, with moderation and good presentation skills
- Proficiency in graphic programs such as Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, and any other related program is a plus
- A basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, and technical interests
- Good skills in leadership and orientation of teams
- Good skills in English language for presentations to clients and workshops
