About the job:

We need an advanced Senior Economist who will act by the duties assigned by the company.

Requirements:

- An advanced degree in youth engagement, youth participation or in other relevant related fields like community engagement, international development, communication of public policy.
- A minimum of ten years substantive experience in youth outreach programs, large scale youth projects, youth engagement, participatory processes and communication with young people.
- Proven ability to engage young people at eye-level with tailored communication and style for the purpose of integrating the target group, young people’s opinion efficiently into policy processes.
- A proven experience with gender-sensitive approaches, especially in the regional context, is an asset.
- Excellent writing skills in English and a working knowledge of Arabic are required.
- Work experience in the Arab States and Gulf is an asset.
