Job description:

We are looking for an experienced and qualified person that will serve as the Senior English Teacher and work for 30 hours per week of which 15 hours will be for teaching activities while the other 15 hours is for non-teaching activities as well as weekend activities. Training, workshop, and paper works are required to be done.

Salary:

- Bonus system:

• Entitled to a bonus for the successful demo, customer retention, class regrouping as well as new teacher recommendation.
• Entitled to 500 to 1,300 RMB quarterly evaluation bonus depending on performance.
• 200 RMB per hour for extra teaching as an overtime pay.

- Allowance system:

• 1, 800 RMB per month for housing allowance.

Skills and Experience:

- At least four years related experience with reference letter is required.
- At least two years training experience is required.
- TEFL or TESOL certificate is preferred.

Education:

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree majored in Education is preferred.

A native speaker between the age of 25 and 50 years old is preferred.
