PURPOSE

To provide both operational and financial analysis of the Cementitious Business within the Cement Product Line. Provide monthly and rolling forecast analysis. Timely compilation of reporting and analysis to assist business leaders in making informed decisions. Work with the Sales General Manager in charge of Flyash. This position will be the key person in charge of Utility Flyash reporting for several Utility contracts.
Responsibilities:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrates a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environments and areas.
Assist in all roll ups of Cementitious Activities Planning activities with respect to monthly 18-month rolling forecast and Mid-Term plan.
Analyse business and operational plan data to identify potential risks/opportunities and present findings along with proposed actions to senior management for review and decision making.
Perform standard and ad hoc analyses for Finance Director and the Sales General Manager in charge of Flyash.
Support monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements
Perform duties associated with utility reporting administration under the Flyash product line (including but not limited to: invoice processing, PO creation, account reconciliations, and proforma reports.
Assist in the analysis and synthesis of monthly results and corresponding drivers
Key point of Communication with the Flyash Utilities regarding reporting requirements and financial requirements.
Participate in review and enhancement to internal controls, accounting policies, and business processes

Qualifications:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Required Education: Bachelor's/University Degree

Preferred field of study: Finance/Accounting

Other Training/Certifications Required: Enrollment or Completion of a Professional Designation (CMA, CGA, CPA, CA, MBA)

Required Work Experience: 5-7 years

Travel Requirements: 15-20% National Travel

Required Computer and Software Skills: MS Office, Google suite, SAP or ERP System, BI Tools
