We seek an individual that will serve as the Senior Manager Accounting and Finance as well as be responsible for all duties assigned by the company.

Main Responsibilities:

- Being accountable for project governance, change movement and reporting.
- Collaborating with different team members for the purpose of delivering projects from end to end.
- Ensuring the development of project scopes, objective and detailed plans involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
- Assisting in the budget process, cash flow report, management reporting and analysis.
- Managing and coordinating tasks with internal and all the stakeholders for the purpose of ensuring that milestones are met, and a detailed project plan is put on a progressive track.
- Monitoring and reporting on a regular basis the progress of a project which includes the project cost, risks and status proactively.
- Managing project risks which could include the development of contingency plans.
- Participating in new business initiatives which could arise from the department’s strategic or operational business plan.

Requirements:

- A degree from a university.
- A member of a recognised professional accounting body.
- Eight years of relevant experience preferably in insurance or pension business.
- Sound knowledge in financial accounting and accounting system
- Great managerial skill, analytical mind and ability to meet tight deadline
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to embrace ownership on various tasks
- Ability to provide thoughtful recommendations when things go wrong.
- A High level of initiative and flexibility when it comes to working.
- Excellent communication skills with great command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- PC proficiency with strong experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
