We seek the service of a qualified individual to man the position of Senior Manager Finance for the purpose of being responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and finance function for the Company.

Main Responsibilities:

- Being responsible for the full spectrum of accounting and finance functions for the Company by statutory requirements, company policies, and procedures.
- Preparing accurate report and analysis of financial results, management reports, annual budgeting and quarterly forecast timely.
- Evaluating the impact of new accounting standards as well as reviewing credit for lenders supported by Group Finance.
- Being responsible for approvals of procurement and staff claims.
- Improving finance systems, workflows, and process as well as the internal control of the company.
- Liaising with auditors on year-end audit mailer.
- Ensuring that the company complies with new financial reporting standard requirements.
- Assisting in any ad-hoc assignments as may be required.

Qualifications:

- A degree in Accountancy, ACCA or its equivalent.
- At least eight years’ relevant experience.
- Working experience in financial institutions is preferred.
- Being meticulous, analytical and independent in the discharge of duties.
- Excellent communication skills as well as being able to work well in a team.
- Ability to deliver great and quality work within stipulated timeline.
- Strong leadership skills as well as ability to multi-task.
