About the job:

Our Natural Resources seek to recruit a Senior Petroleum Engineer on behalf of their client. Such individual will work will a Well Integrity Department for an Operator who is based in Doha, Qatar on a residential contract basis.

Requirements:

- A BS Petroleum Engineering preferably MS Petroleum Engineering.
- At least twelve years work experience as a Petroleum Engineer in oil and gas upstream industry.
- Proven Petroleum Enginering expertise which include drilling, well completion, well integrity studies as well as workover.
- A review of both large and mature oil and gas fields.
- Proven experience of recommending remedial work solutions for all types of well as the case may be.
- Experience in well integrity engineering and planning.
- Ability to interpret and analyse data well for the purpose of ensuring corrective and proactive measure to ensure integrity of wells as well as the employees’ and community’s security.
- Experience with well performing modelling both inflow and outflow for all types of wells.
- Experience and knowledge of Petroleum Engineering Software which include and not limited to PROSPER and OFM.
- Familiarity with API and NORSOK International Standards in connection to Well integrity Management.
- Experience on Well Integrity Management Software WIMS as well as the interpretation of cased holed diagnostic logs.
- Previous experience working for an Operator is preferred.
