Key Accountabilities:

- Serve as leader of a small team, provide thought leadership on developing bank-wide core banking product.
- Create a curriculum of best practices for analyzing, tracking, following up the data and trend of products and services which help the enhancement, optimization of product image as well as maximize product profitability.
- Use a variety of analytical tools for analysis, statistical modeling of deposit and credit lending products workflow and system enhancement to customer service and operational risk decrease.
- Provide the integration of business forecast and market analysis.
- Create new ideas to develop product features and participate in development of pricing strategy.
- Collaborate with different departments/units to ensure the deposit products optimization performance.
- Manage credit lending products and deposit reasonable and well competed. Recommend and develop new products / product revamp.
- Research and submit report of marketing campaigns, business plans and status periodically.
- Prepare ad-hoc assignment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree in major in Finance, Marketing or a related discipline with equivalent quantitative background.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking or financial industry, preferably hand on product development.
- Work independently and team work.
- Be able to work under high pressure.
- Proven experience of market changes with a proactive approach for driving business growth.
- Fluency Chinese and Mandarin both oral and writing.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
- Ability to well analyze and solve problems.
