Currently, our Middle East branch has a vacancy for an individual to serve as the Senior, Project Manager. Such individual will work in our Abu Dhabi office in Unite Arab Emirate controlling projects. Apart from this, while performing the stipulated function, you will report to the Property and Buildings group Manager. You must also have experience in dealing with themultidisciplinary project.

Requirements:

- A university degree in Design or Project Management coupled with at least twelve years of experience.
- Experience in working as consultants in a large company.
- Ability and experience in working with large-scale designs that are multidisciplinary in nature.
- Skills in the preparation and implementation of ajob as well as in the management of our clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to prepare fee proposals and other negotiating documents in collaboration with the clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in the development of job and budget while ensuring that progressis made with the leadership of other teams.
- Ability to manage and chair both all the meetings that are related to technical coordination and interdisciplinary checks.
- Ability to adhere to Quality as well as prepare the QA plans that are meant for implementation.
- Ability to ensure the knowledge of codes building and standards for UAE and the world.
- Experience and knowledge of acquiring local authority approvals for the Project team.
- Working knowledge and experience in ensuring that designs and constructions are in line with the practices in the region.
- Experience in consultancy coupled with the ability to communicate well with people.
- Ability to work on different projects and bring about fast delivery of projects.
