Our company currently seeks to recruit a Site Manager with the aim of overseeingour Project Sites in North Africa for our RCS Division in Rome. The Installation Supervisor would have total responsibility for the management, coordination, and realization of the company’s activities on the site especially for the final result and HSE aspects by
-Making sure that work tasks are performedin line with the company’s quality and safety demands by adhering to all the documents and instruction of the ITC process.
-Supervising all the execution of installation works which are performed by contractors and subcontractorsthrough installation supervisors to ensure the full compliance with both the safety and quality procedures and standards.
-Verifying all the works to ensure that they are carried out correctly by project documentation and in the right time frame

Main responsibilities:

-Supervising and coordinating all the time schedules, execution, and planning of all site work and the allocated resources based on the project phase.
-Supporting and assisting the contractors in the course of the works execution as well as providing the associated documents to the scope of the work to the necessary personnel.
-Managing the site library by preparing and updating the necessities with no exception to installation, test and commissioning instructions, sitework routines, product documents, NCRs, correspondence to customers and contractors, ITPs, warehouse goods-records among others.
-Making sure that the HSE policy, HSE management system and other related performanceobjectives and targets are implemented.
-Ensuring the promotion of safe works practices and environmental protection as well as ensuring that safety standards are respected

Qualifications:

-An engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic or its equivalent by experience.
-Excellent English and French language skills coupled with Italian Language skills.
-A minimum of five years of experience as a Site Manager, Project Management and Installation Supervisor with strong experience in the field.
-Excellent background in Railway industry is highly preferred, but in the absence of that, Civil works background is allowed.
-Excellent planning skills and contract awareness skills are required.
-Availability to travel abroad for a longer period.
