Requirements:

- Sound knowledge of software engineering, agile, code, BDD among others.
- Experience in providing software solutions by utilizing the best strategic approach.
- Javascript, HTML5, Node.js, CSS3 and other application knowledge are required.
- Experience in developing software from the beginning of the production to the end.
- Mentorship and passion to coach others with the aim of building an excellent team.
- Pragmatic and positivity in your approach and opinions to situations.
- Readiness to help others succeed alone with little or no help from you.

Duties:

- Dictate the strategic approach that software should take in the course of the production taking into consideration the code standard and tools among others.
- Ensure consistency between the software, the plan, best practices and patterns in trend.
- Build a team of software engineers by coaching, mentoring and providing them the opportunity to learn and grow.
- Provide the best suggestions to solve the sophisticated problems that we could face.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the right teams to ensure that our delivery and engineering proficiency are improved.
- Utilize the best software engineering methodologies to deliver the best business service that our customers will enjoy.
