Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of The Mandarin Spa and Fitness Centre
Handle guest relations and complaints
Assist in the development of the new Sales & Marketing plan and event planner; ensure implementation of Marketing strategies
Develop Spa promotional plan
Assist in analysing and reviewing business operations and budgets
Ensure all accounting procedures are followed
Provide training of all staff falls in a timely manner
Handle Human Resources matters
Oversee FLHSS and maintenance issue
Be Manager on duty

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in luxury Spas/ hotels
Fluent in both written and spoken English. Cantonese speaking is preferable
Technically proficient in MS and Spasoft
Good communication skills and strong customer focus
Strong work ethic and integrity
Good at motivating others
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Willing to work for shift duties
