Our company seeks an individual that will serve as its Strategic Analyst. Such individual must understand how the real estate market works. Apart from that, s/he must have a strong knowledge of the modern trends in the real estate and construction industry in the local and international market. In addition to this, the right candidate is expected to have a considerable knowledge of the best practices in the investment, leasing and sales of all type of property which include commercial, retails and residential property.
The qualified person will be responsible for the market research and other consultancy works. S/he will provide the required pieces of advice, guidance or supervisions that are needed for the member under control to finish their projects and assignment as may be required.
The right individual must be self-motivated and be able to motivate other members to work efficiently in an environment with tight schedules and deadlines. Excellent communication skills are of the essence.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage our market database and make sure that information regarding price, occupancies and rental (existing or forecasts) are accurate and up to date.
- Scrutinize the trends, market data and ensure that reports are written on them.
- Write recommendation reports after you have analyzed the assigned projects.
- Satisfy our clients by making a market presentation which you will be delivered to them.
- Develop the necessary plan needed for projects making sure that deadlines are met.
- Analyze research and data which are responsible for the business development.
- Access different sources (including modern media) and their real estate market recommendation.
- Be part of the planning and implementation of our proposed developments.
- Provide the necessary response to the request for data, reports or recommendation.
- Research on different topics that would improve our business.
- Collaborate with the right team to build a good image of our company and to participate in business development as may be required.
- Make market presentations and be responsible for the official press releases and newsletters.
- Identify problems and propose solutions to solve those problems.
- Perform other duties as may be directed by your HOD.
Requirements:
- A minimum of three years’ experiences working as a real estate or research consultant in an established company.
- Ability to write and speak excellent English
- Excellent analysis and writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills and the use of computer components.
- An internet guru.
- Professional and confident person that is always ready to work
- Must be able to think critically and coach different people.
- An accurate person that is always committed ready to follow the instruction to the last letter.
- Capable of working effectively under pressure and dynamic environment.
- A time manager who can keep to deadlines.
