partner responsibilities
• build solid relationships with c-level clients, demonstrating exceptional levels of client service
• originate and convert an agreed pipeline of business, including with other areas of the firm to solve broader issues on the client agenda
• master different influencing styles, adjusted to different individual styles of clients and manage the buy-in of key decision makers
• demonstrate deep knowledge of a sector, profit drivers, financial measures, players and winning strategies
• lead the design and conduct of the largest and most complex engagements
• drive the team to deliver excellence through role modeling, coaching and inspirational leadership

experience & background
• relevant experience from a top strategy consulting firm - an mb, or from a "big 4" in their strategy area
• demonstrate confidence and people skills to be able to bring and handle specified senior client relationships for the firm
• demonstrate motivational and leadership skills
• demonstrate an analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking, creativity and pragmatism
• be externally known as an expert in the chosen proposition / sector
• demonstrate an established track record to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
• demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills in english, including proposition / sector relevant public speaking. mandarin or cantonese is desirable
