Responsibilities

Prepare and develop various reports for the collections department accurately and on time, analyse and present to management team
Plan and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of collection management
Develop incentive schemes to boost productivity and motivate employee
Conduct a strategic staffing analysis and develop a workforce plan

Qualifications

Bachelor and/or Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or any related fields
At least 7 years experience in strategy from Finance Industry and Call center would be an advantage
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Good personality, human relations, positive attitude towards team work, active, self-motivated and service-minded
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access SQL, PL/SQL and Transact-SQL
Excellent command in English
Able to work at Bangna Tower (Bangna-trad Road, KM.6.5)
