We seek an intelligent and experienced individual that will serve as the Team Manager Mortgage Sales Manager for the purpose of managing our sales team to drive housing loans and other sales.

Main responsibilities:

- Managing sales team to drive housing loans and X-sell product of the Bank with the aim of meeting a set target.
- Managing housing loans under responsibility for the purpose of achieving established targets.
- Monitoring the movement of real estate markets to gain information beneficial for the management of operations.
- Coordinating with real estate business operators on the arrangement of special events to promote sales of real estate projects.
- Compiling information about the problems and difficulties relating to housing loans and work with relevant functional units on problem resolution.
- Controlling operations of DSA to bring about the compliance with framework and regulations of the bank.
- Building and maintaining a relationship with both real estate business operators and organization to bring about an expansion of the customer base.
- Training and providing guidance as well as advising DSA staff and monitoring the quality of their performance.
- Maintaining DSA staff in a team of a minimum of ten persons.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or a higher level degree in any related relevant discipline.
- At least three to five years’ experience in the mortgage business.
- Retail Banking product and process knowledge are highly required.
- A great command of English as well as the ability to interact with a different set of people of different backgrounds.
- Ability to organize or discuss with cross functional teams with an organized and service-minded orientation.
- Great communication and self-motivation skills.
