The Technical Specification Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with process owners and associated departments to update and/or generate specifications in adherence with established requirements and priorities. Will also be responsible for communicating any revisions of the prioritized specification to stakeholders and follow–up the closure of the approval loop per defined target date.

Key Qualifications:

- Degree in Engineering or related field
- At least three (3) years of work experience in management system and document control
- At least three (3) years of work experience in the Electronics industry

- Knowledge of Management & Statistical tools and techniques (such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, Hypothesis Testing, Acceptance Sampling, etc)
- Knowledge of problem solving tools (8D, etc.)
- Knowledge of process controls and procedures, 5S, training fundamentals, lean six sigma, poka-yoke, kaizen principles, database design and project management
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be willing to extend work hours to resolve problems
