We seek an experienced Technology Lead to provide technical leadership on platforms of the FCC, majorly the Actimize suite for prevention of financial crime and compliance applications, and taking accountability for the solution architecture of the aligned platform or platforms. The qualified candidate would work within a DevOps delivery team on development, configuration, and implementation of enhancement, fulfillment of requests, projects delivery, defects resolution, and product incidents. The candidate would also be working with offshore service providers and other Macquarie resources, that are both onshore and offshore, to deliver change and to support the platforms.

Main responsibilities:

- Implementing the changes in application in line with the requirements of the customer
- Optimizing and tuning the rules configured in the application to ensure the monitoring is complete and effective
- Coordinating the requirements of the technical and the customer and their implementations with the relevant stakeholders, and developing technical application designs
- Coordinating the implementation of changes in the production environment by working with all the application stakeholders
- Providing Level 2 support such as responding to queries from business users, investigating production issues, and escalating the vendor for more support
- Providing Level 3 support such as developing customizations and enhancements, patching, tuning of performance and fixing bugs as recommended by Actimize
- Testing the support for changes to the application, interfaces, or environment
- Performing data analysis and carrying out investigations to provide a solution to customer queries
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements and efficiencies including automation and simplification of process


- Experience in the Crime Prevention, Compliance, and Anti-Money Laundering applications such as AIS, SAM, eRCM, etc. of Actimize
- Experience leading and managing geographically separate teams of internal or external developments and operations
- Knowledge of MSSql, standard database query tools, and JavaScript management or development
- Excellent knowledge of MS Windows, NT and Linux, or UNIX operating systems
- Knowledge of database modeling, data warehouse principles, and ETL tools
- A strong analytical skill and good attention to detail, with the ability to document and analyze complex information and data
- Experience in Risk Management for Financial Services, Agile Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies, or with ITL-based service management processes is a plus
