Our company currently seeks an individual that will serve as the Telesales Coordinator for our team. You will serve as an individual that will take care of all our sales as well as ensure that our impacts are noticed by people through our sales. Your aim is to make sure that our voice is heard to different people with the aim of pushing all our sales forward.

Main responsibilities:

- Making sure that our students’ needs are identified to ensure the development of solutions which will satisfy our students.
- Providing excellent functions and quality service to our students for the purpose of increasing our student's number and improve our smooth operations.
- Making sure that prospect is coordinated till it becomes.
- Making sure that you provide excellent customer support for our clients.
- Making sure that all our frontline support necessary for enquiries are well established and maintained to provide support for all our potential and existing students.
- Making sure that the environment is improved through organisation and multi-tasking.
Skills:
- At least two years of excellent experience in an ever unique and changing business environment.
- A thorough knowledge of what the customer wants and how to satisfy them well.
- Ability to work as a team independently without any much supervision.
- Ability to organise, work, be self-motivated and reliable while working under pressure
- Ability to deliver excellent results for the purpose of reforming our institute unique culture.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial leadership as well as apassionfor working and learning the processes of the work better.
