Requirements:
- A person (either male or female) with a minimum age of 25 years.
- A degree in training Management or any other related discipline.
- At least three years working experience in the management of staff training.
- Hotel Operations experience is preferable.
- Ability to speak and write impeccable English.
- Proficient in computer and its components.
- Communication, Leadership and presentation skills.
- Must be able to identify, analyze and solve problems while ensuring that you deliver at the right time.
- Understand the Labor Law that is operative in Cambodia.
- A positive minded person that is pleasant, self-motivating, neat and service oriented.
- A flexible person that can easily adapt to changes and utilize his/her initiative.
- Always ready to take on challenges, inspire others and lead people toachieve the impossible.
- Ability to organize and efficiently multitask.

Main duties:
- Forecast the possible cost and be in charge of the training budget
- Analyze the training needs of each department.
- Be in charge of the identification and selection of accreditation agencies and bodies to ensure that the training delivered is in line with the laid down standards.
- Make sure that the training is well delivered by overseeing the transport, accommodations and other logistics.
- Utilise your leadership skills to oversee the training.
- Employ casual and part time workers on behalf of the company.
- Ensure you meet the policies and laws of the organization with your training materials and activities.
- Help the Training Director with Human Resources Training strategies.
- Enforce the attendance of the new associates at the Hotel Orientation programs.
- Oversee the cross-training of all the required associates.
