QA Production and Process Improvements

Responsibility for and governance of PANDORA QMS policies throughout Manufacturing.
Responsibility for Quality standards, specification controls and compliance verification for in-coming raw materials, components and FG’s.
Responsible for development, implementation and governance of Manufacturing QA and QC criteria, processes and product improvements management with close alignment and cooperation across manufacturing and Group QA
Ensure compliant and right quality product ships by identifying faulty or substandard critical and major defects at in-line and FQC stage with focus on functionality and performance.
Responsible for PANDORA Inspection programs including raw material, component, In-line production, FQC, OEM/ODM FGs and In-bound DC Statistical Audits.
Support and maintain PANDORA Quality RMA targets by driving and implementing manufacturing and product improvement running changes
Responsible for resource optimization and budget management across Manufacturing QA

QA Product Development

Responsible for process development, implementation and governance of PANDORA quality standards, specifications and tolerances of new materials and Designs

Responsible for process implementation and governance of performance and regulatory testing of all new materials and Designs

Responsible to red-flag at risk Designs and Materials that does not meet PANDORA quality standards and wear expectations and offer alternative solutions.

Responsible to align and pass off Quality Specifications to QA Production.

QA Manufacturing KPI and Data Reporting

Responsibility and Governance of Quality data and reporting accuracy of QA Manufacturing metrics including but not limited to RTY (Production out-put) and FQC out-put.
Develop QA Manufacturing KPIs that align with Group QA strategic RMA targets.

Qualification:

Minimum 20 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality Assurance
Sound understanding of jewellery industry quality standards and testing requirements
Understanding and/or working knowledge of QA and mass production jewellery processes
Experience or knowledge in jewellery business would be added plus
Business acumen and adaptive to changes
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent team player
