We seek an experienced Web Designer who can create amazing user experiences and functional user interfaces.

Main responsibilities:

- Implementing and executing all innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and experience
- Writing, testing and debugging code as well as conceptualising creative directions and ideas and implement on all communication channels including website, sales pitch deck, etc.
- Working with Product, Marketing and Engineers to understand and translate requirements into product
- Being responsible for all visual design stages from conceptualization to final stage
- Ensuring user-friendliness of the user interface in website, mobile apps and features
- Creating storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Evaluating and ensuring continuous improvement of products as well as establishing and promoting design guidelines, best practices and standards

Requirements:

- Degree in Web Design/Visual Communication or its equivalent
- At least three years of working knowledge in Web design
- Proficiency in Sketch, Illustrator, Framer.js (or any other interaction prototyping tool of choice)
- Experience in the creation of high and low fidelity prototypes within tight schedules and deadlines.
- Excellence in wireframing tools like Omnigraffle, Axure, Balsamiq mockups
- Experience in the design of micro interactions to craft an immersive experience as well as the ability to communicate the requirements clearly and in a concise manner, by providing prototypes displaying their usage.
- Excellent sense of colour, design and typography as well as the existing portfolio designing for Mobile interfaces a must.
- Experience in HTML, CSS, JS, software programming as well as creativity with strong presentation skills
- Problem solving skills with an eye for details and analysis.
